We got a whiff of something really cool a few days back! Remember The Great Khali? Of course, you do, why wouldn’t you? Every WWE fan knows who the big guy is and you know you can’t wait to hear what we have to tell you! 5 hours from Delhi in a small part of Jalandhar stands tall the academy of The Great Khali.
30 Second Window:
- Christened, Continental Wrestling Entertainment it is an academy owned by The Great Khali (Dalip Singh Rana) of WWE fame. The wrestler started the academy to fulfil his dream of opening a professional wrestling ring.
- At the academy aspiring wrestlers are taught how to pin down someone, how to not break one’s leg when thrown back. Basically, everything that we love about WWE, changed to suit the every day life of an average person.
- You may think that wrestling is a joke or fake, but things here are indeed real. Currently, the academy also has some foreign influence.
- When The Great Khali is not around, his friend from abroad takes care of things.
