Is travelling to the 7 wonders of the world on your bucket list? But money and expense have always been an issue. This won’t be a distant dream anymore. Inspired from a similar park in Rajasthan, Delhi will soon get its own ‘Wonders of the World Park’ near to Sarai Kale Khan Interstate Bus Terminus.
Opening for the public display from January 20, visitors will get to witness the 7 wonders such as the Taj Mahal, Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, Christ the Redeemer of Rio de Janeiro, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Great Pyramid of Giza and Rome’s Colosseum.
The best part? The 10m high structures will be made with industrial products and car parts! Isn’t it amazing to see how no-waste philosophy is picking the pace and people are loving the idea? This new tourist attraction for your distant relatives will give them ample opportunities to click selfies in the ‘selfie areas’.
Spread across 6 acres, the park will have a 200m walking path to the jungles and explore the flora of the city. Who knows this might become the next picnic destination for your family and friends!
