The busy city of enthusiastic vibes leaves us with agitation and frustration at the times of heavy traffic jams. But Delhi Traffic Police has come up to a solution for all our frets. The Traffic Police is all set to reduce the heavy traffic jams as they have analyzed 25 of the most congested mini stretches across the city.
The chosen 25 stretches will witness the changes including making one-way roads, installing pedestrian signals, and changing traffic movement during peak hours, based on the requirement and traffic volume of each stretch.
To name a few stretches; Paschim Vihar (Jwala Heri Market bus stand to Puri bakery), Rajouri Garden Market (Divine Inn Service Apartment to Marble Market T-point), Lajpat Nagar Market (Gupta Market Road near Pink Line metro station to Lala Lajpat Rai Road), Dabri Mor (Below the Janakpuri flyover to Janakpuri C-II turning) and many more. Let’s commend the city’s traffic police for their constant efforts and hope to see a betterment especially during those peak hours.
