What To Expect?
Following the success of DTF ‘18 in March with acting maestros like Naseeruddin Shah and Pankaj Kapur, it seems that this season is all set to give us Dilliwaalas another reason to admire theatricals. They will be premiering Spotlight with two plays ‘Mera Woh Matlab Nahi Tha’ and ‘Kucch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai’ on this 30th June at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi.

The thought behind Spotlight is to bring the finest of the theatre industry to the capital. Delhi has given theatre legends like Om Puri, Naseeruddin Shah, Piyush Mishra and many others. No wonder, theatre runs in our blood. Spotlight is an interesting way of appreciating the craft of stage as a continual process.
Opening with Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta and Rakesh Bedi this month, then followed by Shabana Azmi in July, Spotlight will undoubtedly take you through a phenomenal theatrical journey.
We definitely expect Delhi Theatre Fest to be bigger and bolder this year. Happening from 30th August to 1st Sept, it features a stellar cast which includes Naseeruddin Shah, Pankaj Kapur, Supriya Pathak Kapur, Mandira Bedi, Manoj Joshi, Sanjay Mishra and Sumeet Vyas among others notable thespians.
