Every Delhizen that commutes via the Delhi Metro is well aware of the network issues that entails with a ride in the underground metro trains. Especially in the newly introduced Magenta Line which is mostly underground, you’d find network inconsistencies to be the number one drawback. However, DMRC has now decided to finally deal with the problem and we’re REALLY looking forward!
Improvement of Network Connectivity By DMRC
- Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has invited the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India to seek out the weaker points on the metro routes.
- After a survey, areas of concern were found on the Blue, Yellow, Violet, Magenta, Airport Express & Pink Line.
- Hence, the installation of Network Boosters has been started & will be functional by November.
