2017 just got a whole lot better, Harper Collins India is now giving its employees ‘pawternity’ leaves & we couldn’t feel any prouder of the company! Not many companies in India give pawternity leaves to its employees – the ones that do have started giving leaves as long as 6 months. Yes, just like the leave one gets after having a baby!

- The pets are allowed to stay in a dedicated area in case they cannot be left at home alone!
