They have specially flown Chef Hary Haryadi from Pullman Jakarta Indonesia to curate an authentic gastronomic experience for Delhites with the delicacies from Indonesia. Indonesian cuisine draws influences from various regions such as China, Japan, the Middle-East, Europe and of course, India. The menu curated by Chef Haryadi will be an amalgamation of all these influences along with his unique touch to every dish.
Traditional delicacies from the menu will include:
- Urap Campur- Javanese Steamed Vegetables with grated coconut
- Mie Goreng Jawa that is a Javanese famous fried noodle with egg
