The good people at Hyatt called upon their super star chef, Chef Tan Dequan to produce the new menu of 15 different dim sums. And by god, it’s one of Delhi’s best kept secrets! The dim sums don’t just fly into your plate & vanish as you demolish plate after plate, they literally melt in your mouth. Ever heard the saying heaven in my mouth? You better believe it, because it never felt more true than now!

• Chef Tan is a special character in the food story that is Delhi. He has mastered over 70 types of dim sums & is bringing the ‘real’ heat this summer season! His dim sums are filled with meaty delights & melt in your mouth veggies.
