Love Litti Chokha? We Found You An Entire Street For Bihari Delicacies At Shoe String Prices!
Back in the southern suburbs of Delhi-NCR lies a delicious street full of Bihari cuisines. Mainly popular, of course, for its litti chokha! Litti Chokha is one of the oldest and most loved street food items in Delhi. And we absolutely love its spicy sauce, the Littis’ brownish outer layer, coupled with an absolutely smashing weather for you hog on this delicacy. Litti Chokha is predominantly from the states of Bihar and Jharkhand – where hogging on this meal is akin to making your day the best ever. More importantly, the dish is a dough ball made with whole wheat flour and stuffed using roasted chickpea flour. It is then mixed with garlic, ginger, onions & other spices!
