Paharganj market offers a massive variety of bags. books, clothes and jewelry at dirt cheap prices but one really needs to know their way around this market to be able to shop there!

Chandni Chowk Market
Chandni Chowk is where the charm of Old Delhi still carries on, and it’s probably the most famous market in Delhi. It’s super crowded on most days, so there’s no way to really avoid that. For fabrics, head to Katra Neel. In the Bhagirath Palace area, you’ll find a huge range of electronics. Dariba Kalan is Old Delhi’s ancient silver market full of silver jewelry. Palika Bazar
This is the small underground market located just outside the Rajiv Chowk metro station. This is a place where you need to use your bargaining capacities and then you can enjoy shopping. Also, very famous for Games DVD. If you enter Palika, you would see people, vendors standing and shouting to enter their respective shops. And if you’re a tattoo freak, you will see many tattoo studios there. Cheap electronic items will be found there as well.
Kamla Nagar
Now, if you are a student of Delhi University and you stay in North Campus, you surely know what Kamla Nagar means to you. From buying books to shopping clothes and exploring the eating joints, you visit it at least once a week. If not for anything else, you will enjoy just walking the roads with your friends in the market. 
Dilli Haat
Heart of DILLI! Small thatched roof cottages with a village atmosphere give it great ambiance. The market offers an exciting blend of handicrafts from all over India. Yes, it is one stop destination to buy clothes, fabrics, toys, jewelry, antiques, you can get your hand reading done, meet the astrologer, eat at the yummiest eating joints of all the cultures. You can get ethnic and exotic stuffs. INA is the nearest metro station to Dilli Haat. Tourists are regular to this place as the vibrancy and the colors there are worth visiting.
You will also get a chance to see the dance performances, music, theatre performances there!
