The Phase IV of Barapullah extension is all set to be extended to Delhi Cantonment, which will slash down the time of East Delhi travelers to IGI Airport to just 40 minutes which is nearly half of the time taken earlier by the commuters. It is one of Delhi’s major projects to be untended soon.
The Phase IV is a 7 km elevated extension of the flyway to the west from INA Market to Army Hospital while crossing the corridors of Safdarjung airport and Dhaula kuan.
The project is expected to be completed by 2021. Moreover this new Barapullah extension corridor will have at least 4 exit/entry points and it will also make feasible for people to visit the popular markets of the town such as INA, Dilli Haat and Sarojini market.
So gear up Delhiites to witness the reduced traffic on the roads soon!
