Selfie addicts lend your ears! The city has just got some new selfie depots. These new graffitis on the walls of the National Rail Museum are shouting out kudos to the woman employees of Railways. Twenty female artists of the Delhi Street Art group recently painted up five panels of the National Rail Museum to admire the female potential.

From a woman coolie pulling off trolleys to a female TC checking tickets, these new graffiti arts on the walls of the museum represent the slew of jobs that women do in the Railways. Prior to these, the train scenes of the iconic Bolly movies on the museum walls had bagged plenty of laurels. Now, these freshest artworks have become the major eye-catchers on the museum walls.

While the painters were creating these masterstrokes, the visitors too had joined in to splash colours to glorify the womanly vibes.

We don’t always need a woman’s day to celebrate womanhood. These walls are an apt example that the myriad contributions of women to the society are worth rejoicing every day.
