Though it’s too early, the most awaited Urdu Festival is here. The 4th edition of Jashn-e-Rakhta is taking place from 8th to 10th December! The festival each year is graced by renowned artists and singers. The entry to the event is free. We’ve waited all year for this festival and you should too!
I. Performances and Discussion
The festival will host various live dance and music performances, recitations, qawwalis, Mushaira and so much more. In addition to this, in the outdoor area, there will be calligraphy artists, artefacts, book exhibitions among other things.
II. Literature Love
The festival will be graced by more than 100 poets, writer, artists, litterateurs, singers and other celebrated personalities. These people will be travelling across the globe to attend the festival.
III. Food
A grand feast will be hosted with a lot of cuisines. But majorly there will be Mughlai, Hyderabadi and Awadhi food. You just can’t miss these mouthwatering dishes from these places.
