I. Metcalfe House

A treat to the eyes and to burn the miseries of the heart Metcalfe House is one picturesque ruin of Delhi. The monument has a lush green expanse along with a splendid architecture of rugged stone walls and arches. It overlooks the mystical views of Qutab Minar.
II. Zafar Mahal

Zafar Mahal was the summer palace of the Mughals which also ended up being their last monumental structure. Built by Emperor Akbar II, it was named after his son Bahadur Shah Zafar who took charge of building the palace’s red sandstone and marble-clad gateway.
III. Khriki Mosque

This medieval mosque in Delhi is the only one in North India that is mostly covered. Located in Malviya Nagar and right next to the swanky malls of Saket, there’s a certain nostalgic feel that has survived the test of time.
IV. Begumpur Mosque

The Begumpur Mosque was once a structure that encapsulates a timeless elegance in its architecture. The multi-domed ceiling, large central courtyard and beautiful carvings now lay neglected. It sits away from the curious gaze of the public.
V. Jamali Kamali Mosque and Tomb

Jamali Kamali tomb is a fine example of the many Mughal era. Popular among Delhiites for its association with several ghost stories, its brilliant Mughal architecture comprises of exquisitely detailed motifs and stone-work that still lack the attention they deserve.
