Delhi’s very own sojourn for Japanese food lovers, Guppy, is celebrating five years since its launch, and to celebrate the occasion, the restaurant has added a delightful new menu to its regular one, which will be available all September. The chefs at the restaurant have created a special five-course meal menu, with multiple signature dishes. The new five-course menu contains the whole package for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, including amuse bouche, soups and salads, sushi, starters, mains, accompaniments, and desserts. They will also be having an unlimited sushi menu which will be served only on Mondays throughout September.
The Kylin Experience

The new menu of the restaurant, curated by the new Italian chef at Sorrento, Chef Giuseppe Angelica, is extensive and reflects the true Napolitano culture. The China Kitchen at Hyatt Regency Delhi recently completed 11 years and to celebrate the occasion they have introduced about ten to fifteen new dishes in their menu inspired by Beijing’s authentic street style food. One of the striking features of the new menu is the play of colours and flavours across all the dishes. For seeking inspiration for the new menu, some of the chefs actually flew to China and stayed there for a couple of months to study their unique street food specialities. As a result, most of the dishes are not so mild and come loaded with spices that are sure to fare well with Indian palates.
Royal China

Recently, Royal China launched a new, more elaborated, menu. The new menu continues to boast of a large variety of dimsums to order from. As far the rest of the menu is concerned, it retains a lot of the old favourites and with some tasty new additions too. Old hits like chicken in chilli oil, crispy aromatic duck and pork puffs are still there.
