We’ve always heard of success stories. But what about the side we don’t heaar about- the failure story?
In the world that we live in, success is celebrated while failure is ridiculed and often kept hidden. But the truth is that whether we like it or not, failure is an important milestone in our lives and it deserves its own place in conversations and discussions.
The guys from India Fellow Social Leadership Program are bringing for us a platform where we can talk about the importance of failure and take time out to share it and learn from it.
FailKaun 2018: The Conference Of Failures is an attempt to create a platform where discussions on failures don’t follow the traditional route of being kept hidden while attempting for success.
Failkaun is an attempt to find the answers to questions like- what is failure? Who is considered a failure? How does failure happen? What are the tenants of failure? The aim of the conference is to conduct simple sessions around the topic of failure and bring on individuals from diverse streams of life, so as to enrich the conversations with learnings from people from different walks of life.
The conference is divided into 3 specific sessions- The first session invites people to build their own resume of failure, and ponder upon the contents of it. The second, is a panel discussion that helps us look at the circumstances which lead to failure within organizations and team. The third session looks at everyday policy and how it fails.
Register today to embolden yourself to the idea that failure happens, and there is nothing wrong with it. Let us talk about failure, together.
