Ever noticed the opulence of MG Road? Amidst that, we probably would have missed Cafe We, if it wasn’t for it’s quintessential, black French windows.
The difference between Cafes and Cafe We
In fact, what separates Cafe We from other places is its lack of cacophony of loud chatter. And, frankly, that helps a great deal when all you wanna do is enjoy a relaxing evening with your squad.
Attached to a home decor store called Beyond Designs, Cafe We is unlike any we’ve seen before. It has a huge glass panel that separates the two halves of the building. And it lives up to the opulence of MG Road that we had alluded to earlier, and brilliantly so!
The hype = a dash of luxury
So, it’s not until you enter the place that you realise its capacity for rich and bold vibes. The entrance boasted of in-laid floors, the dining areas gorgeously lit up by chandeliers and the charcoal floor became the cherry on top.
However, even as we lazily gazed at its French-styled bistro atmosphere, we couldn’t help but feel an impatient knack to order food.
And we weren’t disappointed! Cafe We, essentially, offers continental meals and some superb Italian comfort food. Additionally, if you love pasta and pizzas, trust us, you’ll never want to leave the place!!

Try their – Meatzaa (pizza), Carbonara (pasta), The Stimulator (sandwich); before getting to their oh-so appetising, Grilled Chicken!
Meanwhile, don’t forget to order The Fruity Blast – a smoothie with options of Apple, Pineapple, Kiwi, Orange and Chia Seeds.
Finally, what we’re saying is…
Cafe We is potentially one of the best things to happen to MG Road. Adding to its quiet romantic vibes is Beyond Designs. Which, by the way, you can check out – ’cause who knows, you might just like something worth snagging! They have complete home decor options to choose from and calling the collection extensive would be an understatement.
And now that we’ve gloated our hearts out, will we see you there any time soon?
