Bid farewell to all the Chinese vans around you because we’ve found a food truck in Noida serving the beast Mughlai food in Sector 4.
Named ‘Ammi’s Kitchen’, it’s got finger licking good mutton dishes, kebabs and tikkas that keep people going back.
Sajid Ali, the owner of the quirky van has no formal education in food. He fell in love with a Spanish food truck while studying abroad and when he came back armed with a degree in international business, he realised that his heart belonged in the kitchen.
Think kakori kebabs, chicken and mutton seekh kebabs, keema pao and a whole section of vegetarian rolls, Ammi’s Kitchen has got it all!
He makes a trip to Old Delhi specially for the masalas and the meat is sourced from a chosen vendor in Okhla.
Unfortunately, the food truck caught fire on its second day of operation and has been out for repair. The kitchen and staff, however, is working overtime to deliver takeaway orders to everyone who opts for home delivery.
Fall in love with Mughlai food all over again! Trust us, it is going to be love at first bite!
