Ho, Ho! Christmas is round the corner & the world is awaiting it with much fervour. German Christmas Market, is one of the biggest Christmas carnivals that you cannot afford to not sink your teeth in!
The capital’s much awaited & fun filled event – the German Christmas Market will be held at the grounds of the German House. Still believe Santa doesn’t exist? Think twice because the carnival promises to be the perfect setting to meet the mystical old man in red drapes.
Ho, Ho, Ho For Thought:
- The carnival will showcase an exclusive palate of interesting lifestyle products – designer home accessories, high end fashion wear, delectable food items & beverages.
- The event drew 12,000 visitors last year from the international corporate diaspora & the Indian business community.
- The event will also see Gingerbread House, German Rooftop Restaurant & Coffee Shop set up shop at the carnival.
- The grounds will be beautifully decorated with Christmas trees, German Auto Giants stalls, German chocolates, a live band in the evening. Also, on-the-Spot painting competition for children, Christmas Choirs, magic shows by German magician will be present too.
Also, on display will be 90 exhibitors will be showcasing the choicest collection of Christmas decorations & other festive goodies, German prof=ducts, home accessories, cosmetics, handicrafts, garments, gift articles & much more.
The two-day event will take place under the aegis of the German Embassy & will be supported by the German School & Federation of Indo-German Societies in India.
