1. Classic Collins (serves 4)

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml soda water
  • 200 ml Bombay Sapphire
  • Garnish with lemon wheels
  • 8 tablespoons of castor sugar
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method:

  • Add, mix lemon juice with castor sugar in a jug
  • Stir to dissolve and then add gin
  • Stir again and add ice until it’s at the brim
  • Add soda water, gently stir & garnish

This recipe is perfect if you have a large group of people coming in for a party!

2. Negroni (serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Martini Bitter
  • Orange zest to garnish
  • 25ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 25ml Martini Rosso Vermouth

Method:

  • Fill a tumbler with ice
  • Build ingredients in the glass and stir gently to mix
  • Garnish with orange zest

This cocktail is literally the best thing you can indulge in if you’re alone at home. Besides, you can even concoct this if you’re Netflix & chilling!

3. Star Collins (serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Star of Bombay
  • 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon castor sugar or rich simple syrup
  • 50 ml soda water
  • Mint sprig & orange wheel to garnish

Method:

  • Stor fresh lemon juice, castor sugar & Star of Bombay in the base of a shaker to dissolve & mix
  • Fill shaker with ice & shake until frosted
  • Add soda water to an ice filled Collins glass
  • Strain shaker into glass & lift gently to mix
  • Garnish with mint sprig and Orange wheel
