Delhi Metro’s Mundka-Bahadurgarh Green Line To Open Soon

So, the DMRC announced the flag off of passenger operations on Green Line’s Mundka-Bahadurgarh corridor. In fact, the 11.8 km long section will be an extension to Mundka-Kirti Nagar/Inderlok line!

The date of commencement has not yet been announced but we’re hoping that it’ll kick off by end of the year. Moreover, here are a few details of the new line:

  • 7 elevated stations
  • Of which, 4 will be in Delhi and rest in Haryana
Stations will be in
  • Mundka industrial area
  • Ghevra
  • Tikri Kalan
  • Tikri Border
  • Modern industrial estate
  • Bus stand
  • City park

In fact, this will be the third route on the entire network to give access to Haryana to commuters. Additionally, after completion, the total distance covered by the new line will become 26.33 km long.
