Know It All In 30 Seconds
Walking alone through the lonely streets of the city during the wee hours of the night is quite unthinkable for a woman in Delhi. This isn’t much acceptable in a time when women toil for late hours at offices, go to parties and are capable of taking their own responsibilities. ‘Woman Walk at Midnight’ is a breathtaking initiative by a group of women to make the city alleys more convenient and secure for every woman during nighttime.
What To Expect?
These group of women usually walk for two hours, mostly between 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. At times, the duration extends to even 2:30 p.m. These daring ladies have already strolled through places like Tilak Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Dwarka, Pitampura and Vasant Kunj. They have their next walk coming up in Jangpura on 20th July 2019.

You can get the hang of the stunning vibes of the cityscape during midnight, with dimmed lights and empty streets, totally different for the hustle-bustle of the daytime. Also, you’ll meet diverse women from the nooks and corners of the city, share stories with one another and revel in a thrilling affair amidst the serenity of the night.
