According to the new policy by Haryana Government, Gurgaon will be getting a 1,000 personnel strong night police. In fact, the aim of the ‘night police’ will be simply to keep the roads of Gurgaon safe and women safer.
Dubbed Special Police Officers – the police force will be unlike the rest of constabulary. Which means that it will only be deployed in the night. Moreover, their main focus will be to keep the BPO and MNC areas safe of miscreants.
Additionally, the new force has already recruited 374 constables. The night police will primarily function in Golf Course Road, Sector 29, MG Road, Sohna Road and Cyber City.
So, even as the police tries its best to make Gurgaon safer, let us too help them!
