You might see a ban in the playing of private vehicles in Delhi is coming few days.
In fact, the EPCA has already proposed the halting construction, use of diesel run generators, brick knils and the burning of garbage. The proposed plan has to start on November 1 and end on November 10.
So, the pollution level will worsen due to fireworks by November 7. Moreover, if it does, you can expect a ban on the playing of private cars on the roads of Delhi.
