“There’s a certain kind of food that’s traditionally associated with words like nutrition and health, and they tend not to be very appetizing”, says the Executive Chef Shamsul Wahid. “In that regard, creating a Health Menu that’s both nutritionally rewarding and delicious was an interesting challenge for the crew at Smoke House Deli, one that involved several months of R&D. The choice of ingredients was especially important and the single largest focus area for us was keeping in mind the various needs our guests may have. We spent months pairing healthy ingredients from all over the world to arrive at a great tasting healthy menu that one can enjoy with absolutely no guilt!”
A quick peek at their Health Menu reveals interesting dishes like the Jowar Gnocchi and Mushroom Fricassee, Grilled Vegetable Ravioli with Coconut and Soya Milk, Pan Seared River Sole with Soya Milkand Bhavnagri Sauce and the Peri Peri Rubbed Grilled Chicken with Citrus Pimento Reduction. That’s just scratching the surface of what is an extensive menu boasting of over 40 selections that is designed to cater to every kind of preference. The kicker? All of them are absolutely delicious.
