Sorry to break it to you guys but Calvin Harris is not coming to India, Yes that’s right !
The Calvin Harris event page on Facebook which everyone is seeing in their feeds is fake. The page was created by a page called “Inferno Music Festival“. Their page doesn’t even have 2k likes but still Over 13k people are marked as going and over 54k are marked interested on this so called Calvin Harris India tour page created by them.
Reason why we can’t host a Calvin Harris concert right now is because bringing an artist like Harris to India would require a lot of capital as he is world’s highest paid DJ. He charges $350,000 – $550,000 approx Per show i.e. 2-3 crores INR.
Also we checked his tour dates online, he’s doing a show in Las Vegas on 16 Sep. So obviously he can’t be in India on 17 sep because average flight time from Las Vegas to Delhi or Mumbai is 22hrs.
Word of advice for everyone don’t fall for anything you see on Facebook unless it’s coming from a credible source.
