Every year 21st March is celebrated across the globe as World Poetry Day and what better way is there to celebrate poetry than to spend an evening with Urdu Poetry?!
Rekhta Foundation and Social have come together to host Shaam-e-Rekhta, a specially curated evening of poetry recitals, interesting anecdotes around poets and poetry, readings of the works of some great poets and much more.
The evening will not only bring you closer to Urdu poetry but will also mark Urdu’s phenomenal outreach.
It is undoubtedly going to be an evening full of beautiful Urdu poetry where there is going to be a lot to learn. This evening under the stars is surely going to be magical!
