One of the biggest and upcoming Arts & Culture Hubs in Gurgaon is hosting its new production this December! And featuring in it will be the comedy king – Govardhan Asrani, who will light up the stage with the play, ‘The Makhi Choos’.
The play is a modern adaptation of the classic comedy The Miser by Moliere! In which the veteran actor will play Topan Lal Keshwani, a widower obsessed with wealth. Topan Lal tries to arrange his marriage with a young woman – Madhuri.
But the fun begins when it is revealed that Topan’s son Shikhar is also trying to marry the same girl. All the while a mystery brews up as to who stole the ten thousand gold biscuits.
The play is a musical farce and has never seen before visuals and a Broadway feel to it.
So, if you love Govardhan Asrani and do not wish to miss this, we suggest you get your entire family together and go for this play!
