Lovers of Italian food have a weakness for wines and pasta. In fact, Zanotta not just creates and resonates Italian meals – it embodies them! And if you’re missing out on it, trust us, you’re gonna get major FOMO feelings later.
Zanotta at the Leela Ambience Gurugram is a food lovers playground. Each of the dishes created by its Head Chef, Leidy drips olive oil, wines and a concert of flavours we knew only too well! Until they announced a new menu!!
So, that’s when we decided to go check it out and ask her for a few favours.
The new menu by Chef Leidy is an ode to the sun-soaked vibrant countryside of Italy. Moreover, it includes an array of traditional and modern dishes; and not just the usual plate of pasta, pizza, ravioli etc!!
In Pic: Braised Lamb Pappaldelle
So, as we entered the restaurant and a burst of colours from the wine cellar greeted us, we knew we were in for a treat! Little did we know, the word ‘treat’ was going to be an understatement.
Quick as a fox, Chef Leidy went into action and whipped up (on request) the Lamb Pappaldelle. Soft, succulent, mind-numbingly delicious – the dish left us in erotic wonder and our gaping eyes were all the applause she could ever want!
Additionally, we soon took to sipping cocktails next to the panoramic views of Zanotta. Waiting, impatiently [bless our stomachs], for the next meal! And we weren’t disappointed!
In Pic: Spring Panzmella With Seallops
Also, since we loved the last meal, it was no surprise that the Spring Panzmella with Seallops became a standout highlight!! Calling it fresh wasn’t enough, delicious understates its flavours and the setup, god, we’re running out of words to describe it. Even though, we knew she was gonna whip up some more things! *FOMO much?*
So, guys, what we’re saying, in effect is that we got a sneak peek. Only a glance of what’s about to come. And, don’t just believe us when we say it’s delicious, try it yourself!!
The new menu is dropping on 2nd June. It’s much closer than you would want to believe and we’re getting there fast!
