If you’re a college student and just wanna sit and chill in a park, you’ll know the pain of spending 500 bucks in a restaurant to do just that. You no longer will have to head all the way to CP’s Central Park to just chill. NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Corporation) seems to understand the issue. They are coming up with ‘happiness areas’ intended for citizens to unwind.
These areas will have large green spaces with trellis, pergola, lily pond and many other varieties of flower. The place will also have flowering plants, walking tracks, vertical gardens, fountains. Seems Insa-worthy right? The areas where these parks have been developed are
- Windsor Place,
- Kautilya Park,
- Jalebi Chowk near North Block,
- Yashwant Place
- Nyaya Marg
