It can become tough. So, being big time desi honchos, we’re constantly on the lookout for something fresh. And that’s when we found this gorgeous gem in Saket.
Filling Spaces, a rich, artistic and traditional brand is a creative & inspirational powerhouse! Spearheaded by sister duo Deepali and Nanu, the brand is the perfect solution to such beautiful problems of fashion & home decor. And while our team took in the atmosphere of the shop, clicking photos and checking out the detailed work on each product, we got chatting with Nanu.
What started a decade back, grew into a cult following. And while many might not have heard of the brand, it has garnered quite a following abroad, especially in the USA. Deepali, the designer creates, mixes and updates old styles and turns them into something fresh and new. And Nanu handles the shop, markets the brand and buzzes in every new customer with a warm smile.
Creating products ranging from tops, stoles, carpets, bed covers, bags – basically everything beautiful under the sun, the shop is a design & cultural hub. So, if you’re someone who looks out for fun pops of colour & pattern – look no further! Deepali and Nanu are constantly on the lookout for inspiration. So, it’s no surprise that they continuously engage in trade shows in the US. And travel extensively – ’cause you never where inspiration might pop in!
So, while all the eye-catching designs come from the US, certain products are created at the back of the shop. Where three happy and hardworking employees bring to life those gorgeous fashion and home decor ideas. Isn’t this just totally oozing desiness?
Furthermore, their prices – the one thing that might matter the most at the end of the day, is amiably priced. To keep in mind every shopper’s wallet size the products start from INR 200 – basically, fabulous without breaking bank!
