Not many companies in India give pawternity leaves to its employees – the ones that do have started giving leaves as long as 6 months. Yes, just like the leave one gets after having a baby!

- One of the top heads of Harper Collins emphasised on the fact that no matter what the child – dog, cat or human baby or any other – they all matter! In fact their Noida office allows its employees to bring their pets to work!
- The pets are allowed to stay in a dedicated area in case they cannot be left at home alone!
