So rumour has it that Malana in Himachal has closed its doors to outsiders. Of course, by outsiders we really mean potheads! So, dear stoner, where are you gonna go? Sure, you have that dealer who lives ‘upar’ but ‘neecheĀ lana’ ain’t going to be that easy anymore. Besides, you sure wish that your dealer isn’t the one getting arrested. But..

- The entire village of Malana has shut its doors after a deity ordered restaurants & guest houses to be closed for tourists! Or so the villagers there say.
- Apparently, the deity isn’t too happy with the stoners’ heaven as the ‘pot culture’ has been harming the local culture for far too long! In fact, known for producing top-notch ‘maal’, Malana has closed its doors for the very first time.
- According to certain villagers, the deity ‘Jamlu’ has warned them that they would face serious consequences if they disobey him. And so, the village has also banned photography! Why? Because they thought outsiders are showing the village to be narcotics hub!
- Big Whoop? Maybe, but it’s no joke that they have shut their doors! Capoot? Nah! Wait till you hear from your dealer! š
