On a cold Sunday afternoon, Hyatt Regency added a brand new flavour bomb to their already delicious menu! And to say the least, the pizzas are deliciously sinful. Cooked in a wood-fired oven, the great thing about the pizzas is that its toppings were all sourced from an organic farm! You know what that means? Going organic never tasted better!! And out tryst with it on Sunday brought many a smile!
To make things fun and incredibly delicious, Hyatt Regency brought Neapolitan pizza maker – Chef Ciro Sorrentino. And, trust us, he swept us off our feet with not just the way he cooked the pizza but also the way he mixed the toppings to bring a flavour bomb!
The objective of the new menu was to bring a sustainable approach to agriculture and dining! And they pulled it off with great vigour and a delicious brunch!
In fact, Chef Ciro prepared pizzas and pasta based on the chosen produce. Which included Bio (mozzarela cheese, tomato, farm vegetables, sundried tomatoes, green chilli). Burratta (Buratta, Parma ham, arugula, Parmesan, extra virgin olive oil). Piscetiello (tomato sauce, roasted garlic, clams, shrimps, red mullet, chilli oil, oregano). Nu ciuciu (custard cream, farm fresh strawberry, dark chocolate shaving, strawberry compote & mint leave) to name a few.
So, if at all there’s anything we’re saying it is that – you cannot ignore this new line of pizzas!
