At Azote (which means Nitrogen), they are known to make instant ice creams, right in front of you. A magical ice-cream parlor, which is so amazing that you would fall in love instantly – just the way they make instant ice creams. The outlet feels like a fancy science lab with dark interiors and blue lights. Azote also keeps muffins, cookies, macaroons and other bakery items, on offer.

Started by Shoaib Mohammad and his wife, Fatima Naqvi! They use absolutely no preservatives, and do a bunch of Popsicle in innovative flavors, including aam panna, lemon ginger, and even mojito! There are also some dairy-free versions, in case you’re vegan. They also sell scoops, including a lovely orange marmalade flavor, beetroot, mint chocolate chip, and salted caramel, amongst others.

From Mumbai to Delhi, Naturals has been gracefully welcomed by Delhiites. The biggest outlet in Connaught place sees foot fall like no other. Also, in Lajpat Nagar now – a huge outlet with different yet lip-smacking flavors of ice-cream. If you’re going to Natural Ice-Cream parlor, you surely need PATIENCE! A long queue will surely bug you but trust me, it is worth waiting. The texture of the ice cream is light, fruity and less creamy. Affordable, delicious and natural, ice creams there are perfect for a sunny day also for a breezy night.

Established many years ago in Fateh Puri (Chandni Chowk), Giani’s has been known for its Kulfi/Rabri Faluda, enjoyed by many till date. They’re famous for consistency, and flavors such as Honey Nut Crunch, Punjabi Delight and Kaju Kishmish, and believe us, that’s only the tip of the ice—we want to say berg, but we’ll go with ‘cream sundae’ instead.
