This year the brutality of the sun has an edge over the rainfall as the monsoon usually reach around 29th June but this year it had already been delayed for four days with only light rains expected initially during the monsoon period. The mercury crossed over 45 degrees this time in some parts of the city making the summer heat unbearable for the people.
