Know It All In 30 Seconds
Regardless of whether we girls are working late, or have to go to another end of the city, we’re all very frightened of travelling alone in the city. And buses are always our last option. Isn’t it? Well, not anymore because the Delhi government has decided to install 10 panic buttons in each bus. Feeling safer, hmm?
The panic buttons would be directly linked to the central control room in the transport department office and as soon as someone would press the button, an alert would immediately be sent to the control room and police would be alerted. Good going, Delhi government!
Earlier, it was planned to install 4 panic buttons and 3 CCTV cameras in every bus but now there would be 5 panic buttons each on both sides of the bus. Delhiites, isn’t it amazing?
