So, starting Monday the SDMC will start regularising commercials units. In fact, the civic body has come out with a set of guidelines for the sealed commercial units.
6,500 commercial units were sealed in the last 9 months. Many of the commercials units sealed were found to be in upscale markets such as Hauz Khas, Defence Colony, Greater Kailash and Green Park.
Moreover, the guidelines presented by the civic body virtually implements the amended Master Plan of Delhi.
However, de-sealing will not begin until Supreme Court approves the guidelines and allows the opening of the commercial units.
