- Airlines cannot charge rescheduling or cancellation fee. Moreover, passengers will only have to pay the difference in fare
- No additional charge can be levied for correction in name as long as it’s up to three characters. However, this will only be applicable if the error is pointed out within 24 hours of booking

- Passengers must be given the option to switch to an alternative flight within two hours of the original departure.
- Sadly, this will only be applicable if the flight is cancelled two weeks and 24 hours in advance.
