So, you must have noticed the brown carpet in the terminal near to the gates. Well, it’ll soon be GONE!
The reason behind its removal is the odd design aesthetic, which was part of a big public debate. Moreover, other reasons include:
- Passenger complaints like problems in the movement of luggage.
- And security personnel complaining about difficulty in walking dog bomb squad.
Now, according to sources, the 1,70,000 meters of carpeted area will soon be replaced with hard flooring.
