The Surajkund Mela Is Back And Here Is Why You Should Visit It!

World’s largest crafts fair, Surajkund International Crafts mela is coming back this February and we are excited AF!

In its 32nd edition this year, it’s celebrating Uttar Pradesh as the theme state and has got Kyrgyzstan as the partner nation.

The mela will be featuring 1,000 craftspersons and weavers from the participating states. There are going to be handlooms, handmade decor, apparel, handicrafts, pottery, accessories and more.

The multi-cuisine food court will also be a great place to get your get your hands on regional delicacies, desserts and full-fledged thalis. The foodie in you will have a lot to look forward to as well.

Apart from the beautiful handicrafts and delicious food, there’ll be cultural activities, stalls dedicated to the partner state and quirky decorations to celebrate the history and traditions of the theme state, giving you the perfect opportunity get some total insta-worthy pictures!

The organisers include the Surajkund Mela Authority & Haryana Tourism in collaboration with the Union Ministries of Tourism, Textiles, and Culture and External Affairs.

Every year, the mela sees at least a million people queueing up to eat, shop and enjoy cultural performances, so, make sure you visit there at least once.
