It’s been just a couple of days since the news of DMRC hiking their travelling fare broke out. But now the government has asked them to keep that decision on hold.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) was directed by the government to put the fare hike on hold for a while. Delhi Transport Minister, Kailash Gahlot said, “Delhi Metro is directed to put on hold any further hike till Delhi government completes its inquiry and forms an opinion on this subject.” The fares were to rise by INR 10.
Let’s see what finally happens! *Fingers crossed*
