The latest entry in Nehru Place, Epicuria’s culinary scene is Yuzu, a Japanese bar, and kitchen.
Yuzu is Delhi’s first Sake bar and kitchen.
Sake is a traditional Japanese Rice Wine, made by fermenting rice that has been polished to remove the bran. Unlike regular wine, in which alcohol is produced by fermenting sugar that is naturally present in fruits, Sake is produced with a brewing process very similar to that of beer.
So if you are bored of your regular Friday nights with beer, Sake seems like the perfect option. Yuzu is your go-to place for all things Japanese!
They’ve got an insane variety of authentic ramen, yakitori, and burgers, all of which go perfectly well with the potent sake and shochu options on their menu.
The place has recently opened earlier this week but already looks good enough to become one of the city’s most frequented place!
