The long delayed Rao Tula Ram i.e. RTR flyover has finally been opened by the CM Arvind Kejriwal. This elevated road will make commuting to the IGI Airport from South/East Delhi and Noida easier, reducing traffic congestion on the way towards Gurugram. Read On!
After overcoming all the hurdles, the Delhi Government finally managed to come up with a way with less traffic jams to airport. The 2.7-km-long three-lane flyover stretches between Munirka and Subroto Park. Built at a cost of Rs 205 crore, it is aimed at making the commute to the airport easier while also bringing down travel time between South Delhi and Gurgaon.
It was said by the officials that this flyover will make it easier for people to travel to different locations and it is important to decongest the road as the area is heavily polluted.
