So here some news guys! Italian luxury brand Versace and realty firm Unity Group have announced a tie-up to develop Delhi’s tallest building, that would be comprising 160 branded luxury apartments.
The 46 story twin towers shall have interiors designed by Versace Homes and is said to be the tallest building in the National Capital with 182 meters in height.
These designers homes will be sold on invitation and the prices are likely to start from INR 15 crore for a 5,800 sq ft apartment. The price of Versace branded flats has not been decided but it is expected around Rs 25,000 per sq ft.
This 40-acre complex is set to be built in Karol Bagh, comprising of about 2,700 units in 22 towers. The twin towers will be a part of this project,
The branded luxury apartments will offer a range of unique amenities that embrace everything that Versace stands for. Be it superior quality, contemporary design or innovation through a combination of ultra-modern facilities, with unmatched style, they will have it all.
This is Versace’s second housing project in India.

It has recently delivered two multi-level car parking with retail projects in collaboration with DMRC namely Unity One, Janakpuri and Unity One, Rohini.
