Have you ever heard of an activity called the Blindfold Walks? Well, it’s quite real and it’s organised by a Dilliwala. Better yet, the creator of this initiative is a gem of a man – businessman Baldev Gulati. What’s really surprising and humbling about this fact is that he himself is a blind person!

The Blindfold Walk that Baldev Gulati hosted will also be a part of Delhi Walk Festival in November. In fact, the most recent activity took place in Khan Market. Wherein participants were given canes to wade through the market. While some people were able to adjust to the activity, most others found it hard to run into various objects.
The initiative was taken up by Baldev Gulati to sensitise people about the growing need to help and appreciate the presence of people in our city who cannot see.
